The private apartment and cottage settlement Gilužis Valley located in Pilaitė, near the Gėlužė Lake, is surrounded by the aroma of pine trees.

Advantages of the Settlement 

In order to create cosy and green environment in the Gilužis Valley settlement, we have invested 1 million euros in wellness. As many as 1,200 plants grow near the houses and ensure fresh air. It is an enclosed settlement of low-rise apartment buildings and cottages with a fenced and safe territory.   

When designing the Gilužis Valley settlement, we made sure that places of entertainment in the city are easily accessible. 58 families have settled in modern architecture cottages of 97 to 113 sq. m, where the feeling of space is created by 3 meter high ceilings. The landscape determines the architecture: sophisticated wooden décor elements, clinker, and calm pastel colours dominate in the cottage exterior. Façades of the cottages were built from modern and luxurious larch wood.  

We made sure that living at your home is comfortable. Energy class A ensures that cottages are hermetic. Economical heating is guaranteed by the autonomous gas heating system. Residents of each cottage will have a separate spacious courtyard enclosed by plants.  

Apartments

Cosy Gilužis Valley apartment buildings with geothermal floor heating welcomed new residents into their 1 to 3 room, 25 to 53 sq. m apartments. Residents of the apartment buildings enjoy the view of the lake from their spacious balconies, and those living on the first floors have private terraces.  

Modern architecture homes boast of cosy exteriors. Wood motifs and pastel colours are the focus here. Energy class A buildings will ensure the marketability of apartments and good living conditions for many years to come.
