About us

Šiaurės Europos investicinis fondas (UAB ŠEIF) is a fund that aims to generate a competitive return for its investors by developing various real estate projects in Lithuania.

The open-ended investment fund for informed investors was launched in 2017. ŠEIF seeks to continuously grow the value of its investments. The fund operates in accordance with the Law of the Republic of Lithuania on Collective Investment Undertakings for Informed Investors. By decision of the investors, the management of the Fund has been entrusted to UAB Novus Asset Management.
